Established in 2003 by Johnny IV Rhodes, Jr., Rhodes Construction, Inc. is a licensed and bonded full-service construction and real estate development firm serving government, commercial, and residential clients throughout the Washington D.C., MD and VA metropolitan areas.

In addition to general contracting, Rhodes Construction also partners with some of the largest contractors in the region to provide finishing and labor services on a wide range of projects. Our mission is to provide superior client service, high-quality workmanship, and maintain safety standards while ensuring on-time product delivery. 

As a local developer, Rhodes Construction also specializes in acquiring and developing single-family homes and multi-family buildings. Whether renovating an existing space or building from the ground-up, we create custom and unique places to live with a strong emphasis on creative design and environmentally-friendly building techniques.
